The truth is that nothing beats an original piece of artwork but these metal prints come really close. We capture images of Tara's original canvases and shrink them down to increase clarity and resolution. The result is a beautiful, durable, print with colors that really POP.
Tara's description of the original piece:
“Garden Dragon” Downtown Anchorage always has the most beautiful garden spaces and flowers everywhere in the summer. One afternoon after work, I took my daughter on a walk without a goal of any kind, just wandering in and over and through anything that caught our attention. We ate ice cream, listened to musicians, and looked in tourist shops. Mostly the sun shone and created dappled shadows through the trees, but we had to duck under an overhang a couple times due to surprise bursts of rain. The rain made everything shine, jewel-like, when the sun came out again. This dragon was born from that day, the cool green shade and bright petal textures of so many flowers. The carefree feeling of having no agenda, free to wander and dream and enjoy life.

Shipping
We utilize "print on demand" vendors like SPOD for our clothing and certain accessories. This means your clothing item will be printed upon purchase and shipped directly from the printer, usually arriving within 5-7 days.
All other products, including original artwork, prints, stickers and coloring books, ship directly from the Mythic AK warehouse, aka the loft above Tara's studio, and should also arrive within 5-7 days.

Returns
We have an All Sales are Final policy, due to the fact that we are a small mom and pop shop with limited resources. That said, we stand by the quality of our products and will make right any products that are shipped with flaws or errors. In the rare event this happens please document with pictures and send to info@mythicAK.com
